All our photographers are trained in-house and hold current Enhanced DBS checks; we’re fully insured; and with our own in-house lab and 35+ years across 200+ nurseries a year, we keep every Staffordshire session calm, kind and well-run. Certificates and safeguarding policies are always available on request.

Is there any cost to our nursery?
None. There’s no charge to your setting, and you earn a set fee for every child we photograph, whether or not their parents order anything.
How does the set fee per child work?
We pay your nursery a fixed amount for each child photographed on the day. It’s a simple, predictable revenue stream, not a commission that depends on parent sales.
How much disruption is there on the day?
Very little. We set up in a quiet corner and photograph a few children at a time, working around your routine. Most Staffordshire settings barely notice we’re there.
Are your photographers DBS-checked?
Yes, every photographer holds a current Enhanced DBS check and we’re fully insured. We’re happy to share certificates and our safeguarding approach before any visit.
How do parents view and order photos?
Through a secure, password-protected online gallery. Parents browse and order prints, gifts and digital downloads themselves, no order forms or cash for your team to handle.
We’re under contract with another photographer, can we switch?
Often, yes. Many settings move to us when their current arrangement comes up for renewal. Tell us your notice period and we’ll help you plan a smooth switch.
